PROFESSIONAL ROOF CLEANING
Remove the streaks.
Restore the curb appeal.
Black algae streaks, moss, and lichen make a roof look decades older than it is — and feed on your shingles while they're at it. Our low-pressure process is designed for asphalt shingles: never damaging high-pressure washing. Standalone service, or the first step before treatment.

HOW WE CLEAN ROOFS
Low pressure, per the shingle manufacturers
High-pressure washing strips granules and voids warranties. Our process uses low-pressure application, property protection (pre-wetting, coverings where appropriate, runoff control, rinsing), and a final inspection.

Sometimes cleaning is the first step, not the final one
A stained roof may still qualify for the Roof Renew treatment. Cleaning restores appearance and lets us assess the shingles underneath — with no automatic assumption that every roof needs treatment.
CLEANING FAQS
Cleaning questions
-
No. High-pressure washing damages asphalt shingles and is never part of the Roof Renew approach. We use a low-pressure process designed for roofing materials.
-
Most black algae staining improves dramatically right away. Moss and lichen can require controlled treatment and time to release — the exact expectation is explained in your written scope before work begins.
-
Our documented property-protection process covers pre-wetting, coverings where appropriate, runoff control, and rinsing. When an issue does occur, we make it right — ask us about the azalea we replaced.
-
Yes. Cleaning is a standalone service, and it's often the smartest first step for a stained but younger roof.
