Condition decides it, not age

Roof age alone is not enough. The free assessment checks what actually matters.

Good candidates

Asphalt shingles roughly 8–20 years old, drying out but structurally sound: granules mostly intact, manageable staining or moss, sound decking and flashings, no chronic leaks.

We decline to treat when

Granule loss is too advanced, damage is widespread, or installation problems mean treatment can't deliver its warranty. You'll hear it directly, with photos — and a transparent repair or replacement path.

  • No. It's an oil treatment absorbed by qualifying asphalt shingles — not a surface coating or waterproof membrane. Nothing sits on top of the shingle; the shingle itself is restored.

  • No. Necessary repairs are identified and handled separately during the tune-up; roofs with widespread failure don't qualify for treatment and we'll say so.

  • Most residential applications are completed in 2–3 hours for the average size roof, after cleaning where needed.

  • Yes — up to 3 applications, roughly 5 years apart, each with its own 5-year limited warranty. Many customers are now on their second treatment.
